That's not to say she doesn't venture out though- she has shot intimate outdoor weddings, birth announcement photos, gender reveals, senior sessions, an extended family session with 23 people, and traveled to Corolla, North Carolina for a beach session.

Carolyn Woodson was born and raised in Fredericksburg Virginia. She married her college sweetheart Matt, and they have two beautiful children together. Carolyn started her photography journey when she was in highschool. She took photography as an elective class and grew to love the art form. She continued her passion at Christopher Newport University, where she obtained a business degree, with the hope to own her own photography business one day. She continued photography as a side hustle when her friends started getting married and having babies. She was excited to be the one that could document such sweet and exciting moments in her friends lives.
